I turned the auto-reboot off again and will leave it off for awhile until we see if we can get this resolved. The virus scans were clean, but I've just had another BSOD, different error code this time. Also, some simple googling would have revealed that this error tends to come from sound drivers on XP systems. have a peek here I'm quite lucky though since the laptop in question belongs to my work, so they are the ones that has to take the charges for this.
